LET'S HEAR WHAT THE CURRENT OWNERS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT 3747 HEBRON AVENUE!

"House is located on 2+ acres of private land, bordering ~1,700 acres of town and state parks.
Only one immediate neighbor means plenty of privacy, and the surrounding state and town forest land can never be built upon.
One of many Glastonbury town parks, Blackledge Falls, abuts both the property and Gay City State Park, and features miles and miles of hiking & biking trails.
The Blackledge River runs through both parks, forming ponds along the way, and is quite suitable for fishing.
The peaceful sounds of the 30' waterfall can be heard from the back yard, and forms spectacular ice caves in the cold weather.
The large, flat south lawn is perfect for gardening.
Beautiful sunrises flood the family room, kitchen, and dinette on clear mornings.
Two golf courses, Tallwood Country Club and Blackledge Country Club (boasting 36 holes), are both within a couple of miles.
A horse farm is within 1/2 mile for boarding and riding lessons, or just to watch the horses frolic in the fields.
Two produce farms within 1/2 mile are run by two different long time Glastonbury farming families.
The local grocery store is Highland Park Market, known for it's high quality foods and impeccable customer service.
There is a wonderful selection of restaurants in town, from small family run ethnic restaurants like Jalisco (Mexican) and Angelo's (Italian), to the upscale delights of J. Gilbert Steak House, Max Fish and Max Amore restaurants.
The Glastonbury school system is one of the highest rated in the state.
Glastonbury students are consistently among the highest scoring students in the various testing programs throughout their school years, and most GHS graduates choose to further their education at the college level.
The local Audubon Society offers a variety of nature classes for children, and hosts many outdoor events, including Farm Days and night time Solstice Bonfires.
Glastonbury is one of the older towns in the state, with a rich treasure trove of colonial houses, some of which are open to the public.
The Glastonbury-Rocky Hill Ferry is the oldest continuously operated ferry in the country, dating back to 1655 when it was just a small raft pushed across the river with long poles.
For overflow visitors who want more than a hotel room, there are three lovely Bed and Breakfast Inns, all operated in historic homes and unique in their own special way."

LET'S HEAR WHAT THE CURRENT OWNERS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT 1723 MAIN STREET IN NEWINGTON!

What do you love about the town your home is in?  The town center still had a small town feel, great town services, beautiful library, a lovely waterfall, lots of parks and even a skateboard park and an ice skating school.
If you are in a neighborhood, what great things do you do there?Walk to the center of town, parks, Library.
My favorite restaurants around this home are?* Bonefish Grill (best fish) Outback, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Hidden Vine (gourmet) Cavos Tavern (great Greek), Joey Garlic's Pizza, Yanni's Pizza (best  pizza), Steve's Place, Goldburger's (awesome burgers), Vito's Pizzeria, Olympia Diner (great breakfast), Panera Bread, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Puerto Vallarta, Bertucci’s, Sushi California, Giovanni's Bakery, Chinese takeout.
Grocery stores I love to shop at *Stu Leonard’s, Aldi, Super Stop and Shop, Price Chopper, Sam's Club, Public Market (Italian), Sayad International (Middle Eastern), Shree Rai Grocery (Indian).
Why people should move to this area; why I/we were attracted? * I liked the small New England look of the town, great schools, Library, easy access to Hartford and the Berlin Turnpike.  My neighbors Pete and Monica have 2 sons, Andrew and Matthew. Pete is an art teacher and Monica is a stay at home mom.  I feel safe having them close by in case I need them.  We share the expenses for the driveway and are mindful of our use of the driveway.  The kids know they are not allowed to play in my yard unless I invite them.  Pete and Monica are great neighbors.
Any great schools or other things to mention? *Its a great place to raise kids, the school system is rated highly, lots of kid and adult programs. Summer program for kids.  Low crime rate.  It's safe to walk the streets at night.
Anything else you can think of to attract a potential buyer? *We have a Target and Walmart.  Big Sky Gym where I go, LA Fitness, Planet Fitness.  A really great World of Nutrition health food store in the Center.  Lots of doctor's offices.  Post Office, UPS Store, Verizon, Munson’s Chocolates store, 6 banks, 3 fire stations, Newington Ambulance, shoe repair shop, Spa
